The 3/4-inch thick cedar boards feel really solid and the 4x12 size is perfect for growing a large amount of vegetables. I had it assembled in about 20 minutes with no tools needed, which was a pleasant surprise.

Putting this together by myself was surprisingly easy with no tools needed, and the 4x12 size gives me plenty of room for tomatoes and peppers. The untreated cedar smells great and feels solid at 3/4 inch thick.

Assembled the whole 4x12 bed in under an hour with zero tools, and the 3/4-inch cedar boards feel rock solid. My back appreciates the tall tier design—no more kneeling on the ground to weed. The sanded edges are a nice touch, no splinters so far.
