I was worried the 3/4 inch cedar would feel flimsy but it's surprisingly solid, and the two tiers let me grow herbs up top and lettuces below without kneeling. Assembly needed zero tools, which sold me since I don't own a drill.

Put this together by myself in under an hour, no tools needed, and the two tiers let me do herbs up top and tomatoes below. The untreated cedar smells amazing and the 3/4-inch boards feel solid, not flimsy like the thinner beds I've had.

The 3/4-inch thick cedar planks feel really solid and the no-tool assembly was a pleasant surprise — it clicked together in under 20 minutes. My two-tier setup looks great in the backyard and already has herbs sprouting.
